hp probook 4310s power off before booting to window

pls i need ur help, my laptop always turn off when its about to boot to the window. it do stay hours on if its at the setup or bios section but when its about to boot to window it turn off. i'v try to check the ram but its properly fixed. please i need ur help about this.

Welcome to TSF.
Did you tried booting in Safe mode (F8)? System restore? If so, next logical is try a fresh install, or you can also to boot linux from usb.

i tried f safe mode it work for sometime but later stop, also try restore but i still have d same problem

Is this a new problem? What was the last thing you did before this happened?

Plug in the Windows 7 disk that came with the computer into the CD drive. Then boot off of the CD to run Windows Repair.

it started when the system went off without a notice, i on it back then it request for window repair which i allowed. I'v reinstal the os with d cd that came with d system but i still have d same problem.

backup your files and proceed with a fresh install (format).
