Laptop: "Compaq Presario CQ40 108TU"

My laptop keeps on beeping before starup it will take 10 - 15 seconds before booting. I haven't use my laptop for 1 month and the battery was drained I opened it last week and it started to beep so I charged the battery but when I opened it again last night its still the same.
I tried "tune up utilies" and I found 206 errors. I scan my laptop for virus and no virus detected.
What supposed to be the problem? Is it the motherboard? Ram? Hard disk? I dont think its the motherboard 'coz it wont open if the motherboard was the problem.

P.S.
blue screen appeared before while I was using my laptop. Then it will shutdown but I can still use it after I restart my laptop.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Its the first time that it happened to my laptop. I haven't open or change anything to my laptop since I bought it. I need help. Thanks
