battery indicator says must be replaced
I have an Aspire Ascer 5532. Sometimes the battery charging icon indicates that the "battery is plugged in but not charging consider replacing the battery" I did remove the battery case but it is surrounded by a housing that is part of the computer case. How do I get the housing open to find a replacement battery? Is battery replacement necessary now since the indicator icon does not always indicate the red x on the plug in icon. Also, if I do need to replace the battery where do i get a replacement? Best Buy no longer carrieds computer batteries.
