ASUS eee netbook display problem

Whilst using my laptop today i pressed something on the keyboard and its totally messed up my display!
For example, when on the internet i have to cursor down to the bottom to see the start bar and cursor back upto the top to see the search bar; as if the page is too big for my netbook screen!?? Its driving me mad!
Ive tried all of the buttons again but nothing is resetting it back to its normal settings!
Please someone help asap!

Hi welcome to TSF

right click on empty space on desktop, choose properties then settings try changing the resolution
