ACER Epower tray not working

I have a 532h netbook running win 7 starter. On startup, I get this message:

When I close it I don't see any problems but getting tired closing dialog box on every startup.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

OS: windows 7 service pack 1



well so prevent it starting up click start in the search box type msconfig, the click on the highlighted left click the icon in the results page click on the startup tab, then uncheck ePowerTray.exe in the list. click apply then ok. it will ask you to reboot now or later.
