Acer 5630 [Vista] Bios password, and log in administrator password

Hello,

I'm not good with computers.
I have an Acer 5630 laptop [Vista] and I forgot my administrator password (but I do have a 'guest' account, hence how i can access the internet.)

Tried typing in passwords for BIOS, but an error message popped up 'System disabled'.

Read up things about a reset switch, but that it may not be on laptops?

Could someone point me in the right direction, to fix both problems, would also like to keep the data I have on my laptop.
