Roaming Profiles

Hey guys,

I was trying to set up a roaming profile for an user who would use XP Client and I have set it up but it keeps giving me this error after I logon:

Windows cannot locate the server copy of your roaming profile and is attempting to log you on with your local profile. Changes to the profile will not be copied to the server when you log off. This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.

DETAIL - Access is denied.

In windows server, I have created a shared folder called Profiles in the E:\. It allows everyone to share.

In the profile paths in XP Client and AD, I have set it as:
PERTHSMITH\Profiles\UserNo3

The User itself and the admin have full control. What could the problem be? I mean when I log onto XP with the admin account and browse the documents and settings section the local profiles are there but the roaming profile folder is within the Administrator.PERTHSMITH folder. Could this be causing this problem?

Thanks,
FG
