huuewekp.dll detected in Windows/Systems32?

hi,
Does anyone know "huuewekp.dll". I google and found nothing in the search result. File detected by panda AV as worms.
How to delete this file? I tired logging in to Safe DOS mode, but to no avail.
Everything in my PC looks normal, But one observation.
It seems to BLOCK internet access to all the major Antivirus. AVG, Norton, Panda, Symantec, Avast, Forums.avg.com Forumvirus.com
Message in browser. "Network - DNS Lookup Error".

No problem with the rest websites, google, yahoo, CNN, twitter, facebook,

pls help thanks,
A
