XP Pro, 'disc or CD may be damaged...' but it's not?

I just formatted my computer. I am trying to do a RAID 0 config. on it too. I have the RAID drivers on a floppy (with a USB floppy drive). Things go good on the install, and once it seems like the RAID drivers are done installing, it says that it is starting to install windows....then BSOD. It says that "The disc or CD you inserted may be damaged..." It gives the code STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524, 0xC0000034, 0x0...etc)

The strange part is that I can pop this disc in my other computer and it is reading fine. I don't know if I am doing something wrong (which is possible [first time configuring RAID])
