I have been using portable hard drives with no problem. From yesterday, the portable hard drive doesn`t show up in `My Computer` as a G drive anymore. I can see the drive in Disk Managment and I can open it up from there but it`s a hassle. How do I get it to show up again in `my computer`?

I had to source external power to the external harddrive. Not enough power from the USB connection. Check and see if there is a plug for power on your unit.Any help?

What is the Drive Letter of the external in Disk Managment? Right click the drive and choose Change Drive Letter or Path and choose a drive letter that is not being used.
