Re: Windows XP bit Version

Hi Sapan,
XP Home is only 32 bit.
Xp Pro comes in a 32 Bit and 64 Bit version.
To find what version is installed: Right Click My Computer > Properties. On the General Tab if XP Pro is of the 64 Bit version it will state that. If it does not state a version it is a 32 BIT version.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Windows XP bit Version

Hi Sapan:
Here is another link for your review:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827218/en-us
It will give you the info you requested.
A 64 Bit motherboard will be of a Itanium processor (Exspensive)
Thanks,
Bill
