at my work there is a web page that everyone must log on to and use daily. on one specific computer that web page keeps refreshing on its own unless i press the stop button. when i try to log on, rather than send the log on info, it starts refreshing on its own again. we have to use internet explorer as no other browser is compatible with the page. i've tried removing IE and re-installing it using multiple versions (6,7, and 8beta) with no success. i've also run the anti virus, spybot and registryfix to try and identify the problem, again with no success. short of wiping the entire system and starting over is there anything else i can do?
thanks tb

ps. i have also gotten a pop-up box displaying this registry item:
IERESETATTRIB
