I recently had my Dell Inspiron 1525 formatted and specifically asked for Windows XP in English (I'm from Israel).
I got it back and started working on it but only now realised I want to change the name of the account (from Administrator to my own). It didn't let me so I opened a new account and transfered the files and settings using the Wizard under System Tools.
All well, except the new account appears in Hebrew for some reason (the user interface!) and I can't seem to find a way to change it back to English. Adminstrator still appears in English of course.
Please help?
