Which files are they and type? Who's files are they? Which directory (folder) are the files in?

Most files that are locked, are locked for a reason, (ex) they are system files and if you delete them the system may not run.
If you have a file that is corrupted and you want to Delete it but it says it's locked, you can use Unlocker.
