When ever I download a file and try to see it I get this message:
Could not display because a suitable graphics importer could not be found.
What do I need to do?

Hello & welcome to TSF ,

okay now , what program are you trying to use to download the video with

are you useing FireFox /IE / Opera/ ect...

you may need to get a hepler program to assist with the downloading for it may look like you are downloading when you are not from the issues with downloading video's & even movies and the formats that they are in

what program are you trying to veiw the downloaded video with / it could be in the wrong format that , that program is set for / you may need to set it options to accept differnt formats
