stupid Norton anti virus(uninstall NOW:4-thatsba )

:deveous: :deveous: :deveous: :deveous: :deveous: I can not uninstall Norton Anti virus!!! I have tried uninstalling it a lot of times but it doesnt uninstall. It just freezes my computer. For that now I have a virus in my computer that sometimes it doesnt let me use the internet.:dead: :deveous:

How do you know you have a virus? First off I would try to run an online scan of your computer. Trend Micro has a free one.

you mean yur com get hang when you try to uninstall it??
have you try remove it manually...
search all the file or directory that related to it..
also search in registry...and temp folder..

This is a bad way to remove any software. There are always keys that aren't easy to find, and may cause more problems.

95five-0 has the right approach ... Use the RNAv and SYMCLEAN utilties fro your version of NAV, and you'll be able to either reinstall it, or install whatever AV app your prefer.
