sqmnoopt00.sqm what is?

From what I can gather the .sqm files are tidbits of information MS gathers in their beta products to collect in case of a crash. They're omnipresent in Vista, and are generated on an application crash or shutdown.

You can delete them but they will probably reappear.

Do you use MSN Messenger or Live? Try updating to the latest version
