'Your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait another 60 seconds for the server to respond?'

server: pop.ntlworld.com

Internet works fine, i haven't installed anything new, it worked fine yesterday!

I'm getting the same e-mail over and over, all the rest will not come through.

my ISP says I have a 'mail block' and tells me to remove the offending mail directly from the server, but did not tell me how to do this!

I've tried setting it to wait longer, but it still doesn't respond!

Please help!!
