I installed the Norton 360 Software and my desktop background ability has vanished. In the control panel, I can only choose colors, the picture area is grayed out, unable to access. When I start up and shut down windows my desktop has the background picture there just for a few seconds, What gives? Please let me know if you can. thanks . No big Deal.

Hello

**Back up your registry before editing** (Click the green link)

Click Start => Run, type in Regedit

Click on:
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  • Software
  • Microsoft
  • Windows
  • CurrentVersion
  • Policies
  • System


If you see Wallpaper right click on it and press Delete.

Please post back with the results.
