Hi All,

In the last couple of days I have gotten a message that the Service Module has encountered a problem and must close, asking if I wanted to send in an error report.

I haven't a clue what it means. I searched and it said to look at the program and see what it was associated with, or words to that effect. The message says nothing about association.

My computer has been running extremely slow for the past couple days, also, so I'm thinking there may be a connection.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Jim

You can try looking in your system event viewer to see if you can see any errors pertaining to that such error.

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer

Check under Application and System

If you don't see anything (or there is a lot of junk in the event viewer) you can clear the logs (Right click->clear all events) and wait til it happens again, then check the Event Viewer again
