SB-Entry point not found

When I turn on my computer I get a Smart Bridge Alert:Motive SB-Entry point not found. The procedure entry point Get Process Image File Name W could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

You can download and run diagnostics from your hard drive manufacturer to rule out drive failure . . suggest you first back up any data your cherish
