I need help, is there any ways to installing Win XP SP3 without using CD because there's something wrong in my laptop CD Player, it maybe because the optic broken. I once heard that it's able to re-installing Win XP with flashdisk but it needs any CD of Win XP setup.

Is it able to download the Win XP setup from internet then install it in the flashdisk and then re-installing the Win XP or anyway without using CD? I really need help and thank you very much.

There is no legal way to download any version of Windows. You cannot install Windows unless you have a Windows CD/DVD or a USB Flash drive compiled from a Windows CD/DVD.
Can you boot your computer now? Can you play any CD in the CD drive? There are some things you can try if you can boot into Windows to fix the CD drive.
You can always replace the CD drive. it's very simple. Or you can use a USB CD rom drive.
Many computers have a Recovery Partition which you can use to restore the computer back to factory Defaults: https://support.toshiba.com/support/viewContentDetail?contentId=2737864 You can see if Toshiba can send you a Restore CD. https://support.toshiba.com/repair?orderType=SFF
You can also find an XP CD on Ebay or Craigslist. As well as replacement CD drives.

Yes, I'm able to boot normally, but there's a lot of error, crash, and this laptop totally messed. So there's no way downloading Win XP to the flashdisk, then I'll use the CD to flashdisk way then.. Well, my laptop is Lenovo and I guess I'll just re-installing because I once tried to do computer restore and it always failed due to error, I don't remember but it just never work.

By the way, thank you for the answer and should I mark this thread as solved?
