Problem with installation - Windows XP Home

My computer's hard drive recently "died." I decided to order a new hard drive and windows copy from newegg. I did so, and the first time the setup process went a bit then it told me my hard drive was corrupt. So I RMA'd it and got a new hard drive. The hard drive is recognized in the BIOS, but when I start the computer up with the Windows XP Home CD in, it gives me some error that begins with "SETUP" and then reboots and repeats the process, no matter what I do. I'm assuming because it said setup it has something to do with the XP CD, but the error message goes away before I can see what it says. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I wish I could get it :/ I tried to take a picture but my phone is too delayed. It reboots immediately after the message pops up. I just know that the background is black, it's in the system font, and it starts with SETUP then a colon somewhere after.
