Please help re: Reinstalling Webshots data/photo albums

Hi,

I am hoping someone may know what to do when reinstalling Webshots on a pc. I have used it for years, but this time when I try to import my saved photo albums, the newly downloaded Webshots program doesn't find any photos, just empty albums.

Can anyone advise me on how to get all my old/saved photos into the current Webshots program?

Thanks for the reply. I have already been thru the webshots help site and unfortunately there is no entry or answer regarding this issue.

The only suggestion that I can offer to you is to contact the Administration at their website and see if they can help.
