I need help. My computer will not display any images. A friend suggested I download a "crap cleaner" because my computer was running very slowly. After I used this cleaner, my computer stopped showing random images. I do not get any background graphics or images in email. Certain links on websites do not appear either. For example, I was shopping on a site and the "add to your cart" link was not visible, but if I ran the pointer over where the link should be, I would be prompted with the "finger" to click there. I hope this description of my problem is understandable. I am not computer savy at all as you can see. I will welcome ANY suggestions at this time. Thank you so much.

Welcome to TSF

Do you still have this program installed? Can you "undo" the cleaning you did?
