You have a good connection from your wireless network? You can ping what? Localhost or something like Google?

What anti virus program and firewall system are you using? I have seen norton block access to the internet when it was still possible to ping something like google.com

Could be viruses but most probably it is Norton. They are notorious for messing with connectivity. Can you disable your AV protection for a little bit and see if u can get online?
