I recently returned from Mexico where I bought a DVD of a zip-line adventure trip I took. I can't get my computer or laptop to recognize it. What drivers /decoder software do I need to read it?

have you tried vlc player? im not 100% but as far as im aware that will play pretty much anything you throw at it. If not there is software called dvd x. It's not free however.
Or see if this plays on your DVD player for the television. It could be a defective DVD..
