Installed XP Pro, doesn't see USB Ports

Hey All,

I just installed a new HDD and on it Windows XP Professional. Everything works fine except for when I tried to connect something via USB, it doesn't do anything, so I look in the device manager and I don't see any USB there at all. I have another computer and tested the device on it and it works fine. I tried the add new hardware wizard and that didn't find it, then I tried to install it manually but I didn't see an option to install USB items.

Regarding the USB ports. Are these ports integrated with the motherboard or are they ports on the front of the PC that plug into the motherboard? If they are front ports, make sure that they are securely plugged into the motherboard.
