Inconvenient shutdown

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must shut down. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I get this at allot of websites.
It seems to be getting more frequent.
Help!!!

Could you give me a list of sites it does it more frequently? its probally related to Java being corrupted, or Flash. So lets see if those sites are it. Just real quick - so i know what direction to go with this

The warning comes up mostly with a credit card web page and the Driver Detective web page.

IE 7 It did it with IE6
