IE Keeps Opening Up in the background..

My Internet explorer keeps opening up on its own in the background on its own and not too sure how to get it to stop.

If i open task manager IE is usually open 10-15 times but don't show on my screen.

Ran 3 different anti-viruses and no viruses found.

Anyone know what to do??

You need to run a hijackthis scan, its probably some program about to access the internet for an update of some sort.
As well as your normal widows startup folder, programs can be started from
win.ini, system.ini and about 40 locations in the registry. Check msconfig first then perhaps try startupinspector for clues as to what youre running.
