Help! I started to get an error message after I deleted the last infected file from my computer and then I got this error message that looked like this (see attachment) except it had different text, though. When the error message comes up I'll capture it.

I believe you may have some residual damage or still may have a virus -

After you completely remove the virus, I recommend performing a "Windows Repair" on your computer.

Thanks guys! I did some additional scans with Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download
product and what you said and it worked!
