You may trying going to start/control panel/add-remove program/add-remove windows components, and untickle the components you don't want.

Hi gasmag, why exactly do you want to delete various XP features? Collectively, the ones you have mentioned do not require much space and can easily be ignored if you want to use alternative options.

Outlook Express does indeed appear in the components menu but uninstalling it probably won't do you much good as it is integrated into Internet Explorer updates. The My Music and MY Videos may not be deletable as XP considers them required system files.
And why is it again you say theses have to be uninstalled? Go to menu
Oh, I found this online, too. I don't know if it works or not. I ain't trying it.

Start > Run
Enter the following command: C: \ Program Files \ Outlook Express \ setup50.exe / APP: OE UnInstall

Click on “OK”
