I am trying to install a webcam (Logitech Quickcam STX) and I got a message cannot find KSTVTUNE.AX and it gave me the option to locate it but I don't know how and most likely it isn't there. How can I resolve this? Can someone direct me to the download I need to resolve this, Please?
Thank you joe

hello

is that webcam compatible with Vista ?

it should say on the box / if not you may have to return it / you need to find one that is Vista compatible

Vista is so new that many programs / drivers / video cards / sound cards / ect.. just wont work with it

get back to us

I realize I should have done this first ,mind you I am soing this over the phone with my 13 yr old daughter and its frustrating , I will get it to work but I hate to have to tell her to apply all in task manager . She will slow down to a crawl and then dad will be back in the dog house THANK GUY'S joey
