Hi

Have you previously been able to run the game?

Go to start, run and type in dxdiag. Under the display tab, you can test directdraw. Also, click on save all information... at the bottom, and post the notepad file here.

Go to Start/Run and type "DXDIAG". When the window opens and is fully loaded, click the "Display" tab. At the bottom make sure that everything is enabled (If Available) then run the tests using the buttons to the right (DirectDraw & Direct3D). You may be missing a file from the 9C installation. If the test fails, try reinstalling DX9c, or downloading it from the official site.
