Downloaded Autoruns,help?

I downloaded autoruns and now I don't know what to do with it. Can someone tell me how to know what to uncheck in the boxes it shows for what is in the start up?

Can you right click on an item and search the internet?
I use CodeStuff Starter and can Right click on an entry > Search Internet > search engines & some sites below.

Identify and disable start-up programs from running.

Thats a dangerous question to ask and you are likely to do a lot of damage.
You need to start by reading the help file, the online manual is located at page below:

I went on the Autoruns forum and after reading some of the posts there I figured I better play it safe and leave that alone!
