Have anyone experienced this situation where you download .zip file from any websites and it disappears after download manager completes? No files were found in folder?
In my case, I use IE6 SP2 and IZArc Download Manager, When I start download .zip file I always click on save so I can decide where zip file is going to place in my target folder rather than temportary folder. After making a progress it disappear does not ask me if I want to open file or anything, I checked in the folder where I wanted it to save, there was no zipped file located in there I have confirmed that checkmark is unchecked close this dialog box after download completes I thought maybe it was someone's link that have problem and I realize it was problem with mine after trying another link that have download link access. So download doesnt work on any links for me
So here what I did attempting resolving symptom:
-I made first test, trying download file saved in desktop... it disappears
-I removed IZArc Download/Extraction files
-Tried another browser such as AOL, it did not work.
-Restore system
None of these above works, I don't know any other way to resolve... I even went to microsoft window site to see if I can upgrade IE7 but unfortuantely I could not download it because of problem with downloading.
So any idea how I can resolve this problem??
