I just wanted to say that this support forum and its' people are the best thing since sliced bread!!! 
ray: I've resolved sooooo many problems on my computer by just searching resolutions to other people's problems without making posts.....and I just discovered this forum last week!!!
So I must say thank you so much to the people here who have helped me without knowing it......and urge anyone who feels that this is an invaluable resource as I do to donate!!!
