Cry

You know how if you want to change your screen saver or view your desktop settings, you right click on the desktop and select properties? Nothing happens when I do that now. I have tried running registry cleaners and have rebooted my machine several times.

My guess is that it is the registry's fault. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
It's possible you have malware on your machine. Click on this link and post an HJT log.

My machine is squeaky clean.

When I use Process Explorer (by Sysinternals) I notice that my run32.dll starts up, but then quickly dies as fast as it loaded.

Virus you think?

It's possible. Antivirus programs don't pick up everything. Follow my original link. You've got nothing to lose.
