I know I'm posting in the wrong section but thats because the Trojan section wouldn't load. I don't know from where this virus has come, (is Traffic Shaper a virus) Currently I don't have any antivirus installed. I downloaded Avast but the virus is not letting it install. I downloaded Malwarebytes, it detected some infections, I deleted it but the problem is still there. I can't open task manager, can't edit registry, can't even run in safe mode. I'm probably gonna be reformatting tomorrow. Any other solution?

Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and follow the link that Masterchief supplied and post in that section of the forum.
