Hi, I've been having this problem for awhile now. Basically, when I'm watching Youtube, etc. the screen would turn blue and crash. After restarting the PC it usually is okay for that day. It's getting worse now, crashing when I'm not using the PC. I'm not sure what to do.

Hi,

Download these 2 files; save both to My Documents folder -

1. Microsoft SysInternals AutoRuns - http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

2. System file collection app - http://www.sysnative.com/apps/BSOD_XP_v1.3_jcgriff2_PROD_Sysnative.exe

Go to My Documents folder and run #2. It will run #1.

Output = newly created folder in My Docs - Sys_XP_Support

Zip up the entire folder and attach to next post.

Also -
- Run Speccy - Download Speccy - FileHippo.com
- "File" | "Publish Snapshot" | Paste URL into your next post

Go to Start/Run and type devmgmt.msc and press enter. In the Device Manager are there any devices with yellow flags? If so, these devices need drivers. Even if there aren't any yellow flags,
Go to the Gigabyte drivers site for your model GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket FM1 - GA-A75M-S2V (rev. 1.0) and download the Chipset and the VGA driver for your model.
