The Windows messenger will not allow me to install it. It gives me the error Error in C:\Program Files\messenger\msgsc.dll Missing entry: HideIcons
On other computers I get different error messages but it pretains to the same file msgsc.dll.

What files do you have in the installation directory?

Well Nickster, I think I have found a solution to the problem anyway I will check tomorrow. I have removed the messenger with this tool I found and then I downloaded the latest windows messenger installer and installed it and it fixed the problem. I will try this on some of the other computers that have the same problem and see if it works. Hey you aren't on here wow that is the first time I have seen you off of here.

I was talking about Nickster. Nickster is almost aways signed in. Everytime I was here he was as well I have never seen him signed out till now. I will get back to this message in June when I go to summer school. I am going to be ghosting hard drives if I need help doing this then I will make a new post.
