Ok i have just recieved my computer back from PC World (UK) after the computer kept restarting, every component is brand new and when i go on to the computer after attaching the USB Mouse and Keyboard they wont do anything i cant type or use the keyboard to go up and down and i cant use the mouse to move around or click other than that the computer is spot on. Cant use the Keyboard or Mouse. Any Suggestions?

Thank You.

btw im using a falling apart laptop which is too dodgy to handle, hooked up to my screen whilst using the keyboard and mouse to navigate not the laptop keys or mouse lol.

Thank You.
