Computer Keeps Rebooting for no reason

Ok I recently bought a new pc and ever since i bought this thing ever so often it would reboot now its doing it more often now

recently i have fixed it so it wont reboot instead it will give me a screen with what the problem is well this is the error code i get

stop: 0x0000007e (0xc000001d,0xd680040,oxa684fae0,0xa684f7dc)

ive searched it on the net and get nothin this thing is pisssing me off

ive ran memtester_86 and let it pass 78 times found no prblem

bought new power supply thinking it was a power problem and still same thing

it isnt driver issue cause ive uninstalled all drivers put in the latest drivers and still same thing

also
everything is brand new right down to the last screw in the case

im getting really fed up with it i dont think i should be having any problems with it because its new

the guy i bought it from wants to take it for a week and work on it and i wont let it go

cause there should be no need im at my witts end with this piece of **** (sorry for my language but im mad now lol)

it could be anything that would cause your comp to reboot..spyware, virus, hardware, some conflict problem.

just take the steps to scan everything...then once u figure its not a software or os problem...strip ur comp down and take it from there

Check BIOS version and video card drivers

If you tried everything else, and this is a new install, does the problem occur after loading the ATI drivers? ASUS boards are very easy to flash to the latest BIOS. Try a different (non-ATI) video card and see if the problem still occurs. You might have just got a bad board...try running the board outside the case, in the event of grounding issues.
