My computer is fairly new and it used to work fine but for some reason when I turn on my computer, as soon as it hits the desktop a blue screen of death appears and the computer automatically restarts itself. I managed to freeze the BSOD.
It contains the following information:
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: windrvNT.sys
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Technical information:
*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xF7AB0000, 0x00000000, 0xF7A380A6, 0x00000000)
*** windrvNT.sys - Address F7A380A6 base at F7A34000, DateStamp 409f405c
Well that's the error and I did some research on it and apparently it's caused by this program called 'Folder Lock' but the problem is that I don't know how I can remove this program since my computer restarts as soon as it turns on. Another problem is the fact that I cannot enter safe mode for some reason. As soon as I press enter while "Safe Mode" or "Safe mode with Command prompt" is highlighted it gives me a list of .sys files and just freezes there. Anyone know of a way I can possibly fix this. Help is greatly appreciated.
