Can't view embedded video using IE8 as an XP Limited account.
I recently restored an image that had Windows XP SP3 installed. After installing the image, I download and applied windows updates, including Internet Explorer version 8. After installing IE 8 on Windows XP, and installing Adobe Flash 10.1, I tested some websites with embedded video while logged in as an administrator and they worked as expected. Adobe's website verifies that Flash and Shockwave are installed. Adobe Flash is currently version 10.1 and IE8 is Build is 8.0.6001.18702.
However, after logging on as a limited user account, websites that embed a Youtube video do not play the embedded video. I can go to YouTube and see videos, but I can not view Youtube videos that are embedded in a webpage.
The following test websites were tried.

When I view one of the test websites mentioned above, all I see is an "empty" document, seen here:

(Note the blank space with a border, and a small icon in the top left corner.)
I tried the following steps to resolve this, but to no avail:
- Logged on as administrator
- Flash player was uninstalled using Adobe's Uninstaller tool.
- Flash player was then re-installed from a previously downloaded installer file.
- Checked sample website, and I can view the embedded videos.
- Logged on as limited user, but I can't view the embedded videos.
Under the limited login, I also tried adding the webpage as a trusted site, and set trusted site security was set to LOW, but this step did not make a difference. Also tried setting cookies to LOW, but that didn't work, either.
I think the issue is with IE settings, but I'm not sure what to adjust - I didn't see any options relating to video embedding. Any help would be appreciated!
