Can't right click, download anything, or have Menu Bar.

I have windows XP, and when i open up internet explorer, i do not have a menu bar. I only have the star for favorites. When i click on it, favorites doesn't even open!!! :upset:

Every solution i found for enabling right clicks involve accessing the menu bar, which i do not have. Also, i can't download anything. PLZ HELP:4-dontkno

**ALSO-i am the administrator of my comp.

I'd recommend downloading Internet explorer from the microsoft site on a different computer and then transfering the setup file on to your pc and then reinstalling it

i can't transfer setup files. Also, do you happen to have any ideas to re-enable my menu bar- thats what i want to do mostly. Thanks

There's a key on your keyboard that simulates right click. Just besides the Right Ctrl key.

If this does happen only on Internet Explorer, well, you might try Firefox.

I think there is a registry key that stores the menu bar and stuff, but not quite sure where it is.

When i try to download something, the promt. to download doesn't appear. the page loads- but i cannot download ANYTHING. Not music, files, security updates- absolutely nothing.

Can't right click, download anything, or have Menu Bar.
