Hello, I'm Donna I'm new here.
About a week ago when I was capturing images from a dvd (I believe I used Windvd). I noticed a little clipboard on the bottom right. When I went to exit out I must have accidentally clicked the wrong option button on the clipboard; now when I use IE my windows take up the full screeen so that I cannot access the bottom task bar unless I minimize it.

I'd like to have it back so that I can acces the bottom bar while online. Help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Donna, welcome to TSF..

Please try pressing the F11 key when Internet Explorer is open...that may return things to normal.

Post back if it helps or not please :)

Thanks Nick, I tried that and all it does is omit the top part of the task bar.

Ok..sorry that didn't help, we'll try something else.

Minimize IE so that the Taskbar returns then right click an empty space on it or on the Start Button and select Properties. Click the Taskbar tab and uncheck 'Auto-hide the task bar' if selected and then check 'Lock the task bar' if not selected and also check 'Keep the taskbar on top of other windows' please. Click Appy then OK

Post back if that helps or not please :)

Hehe dunno about President...I'm aiming higher than that ;)

Anyway, I'm glad it worked, please come back anytime you need a hand.

p.s - The thing in my signature gives details on who is viewing it so you will see your own IP address and your own ISP...when I look at it, it shows my details :)
