Cannot download file with IDM

Hi,
When i download file form internet by using Internet Download Manager (IDM 5.17 build 3), and it show error as attach image. I try to download file by use browser (save link as...) and it download success. I disabled Windows Firewall and I'm also use Eset Smart Security 4 , but when I disabled It , it still have this error.



Any one can help

My System


Does this occur for all files you try to download or only one particular file? It's possible the link is incorrect or the file is missing.

My System


Close or disable IDM and then test. Shut off Windows firewall and test. Close or disable any other firewall apps you may be using, and test.

My System


Uninstall IDM. If you are seeing the above error every time, then it is an IDM issue. Since you can obviously surf the internet, then reasons 1 & 3 aren't relevant. Reason 2 for the error states to ensure IDM has permission.
