Aspire 4736 laptop restarted with blue screen

Hi,

I am having Aspire 4736 laptop and from last few days my laptop gets restarted with giving error in blue screen :facepalm: . Some time it taken long time to start :nonono:.

I tried reinstalling my OS and all the software and drivers, but no luck :banghead:.

I feel problem with hardware, need your help on this.

Start your troubleshooting process by testing the hard drive with SeaTools for DOS from here: SeaTools | Seagate
Save the SeaTools ISO file and proceed as follows:

Now, on a working PC, install IMGBurn from here: Download ImgBurn 2.5.7.0 - FileHippo.com

Use IMGBurn to create a CD from the SeaTools ISO file.
Boot your laptop from that CD & SeaTools will appear on-screen.
Select your laptop hard drive and choose the long/extended test.

(You will have to go into BIOS Setup to change the first boot device to CD/DVD if your laptop won't boot from the CD).
