Application error - Netcard

I have got the following application error "Exception EOleException in module DLL_NETCARD_R.DLL at 0004864A".

I am trying to connect to my mobile broadband dongle but this error message comes up, anyone help with a solution?

Please try editing options for the application shortcut. Uncheck compatibilty mode settings and display mode settings.
